The European Constitution

I'm one of the millions of Europeans who get to vote on the European Constitution. Since I'm supposed to have an informed opinion about it, I decided to read through it and post my findings on my weblog. Below you'll find pointers to everything that I've written so far. Please realise that I'm not a lawyer, and that I'm most certainly not an expert on public governance or international law. Everything here is offered 'as is'.
